A: For standard products, the lead time is 15 to 30 days after receiving the advance payment. The delivery time for new developments depends on the items and order quantity.
A: We offer EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, FCA, DDU, and DDP as delivery terms.
A: Our terms of payment include T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% against B/L copy or LC at sight. We also accept 100% LC, 100% DP, and 100% OA (Note: DP and OA prices are higher than TT). We will send you photos of the goods and finished packages before arranging the balance payment.
A: Generally, we pack the goods in brown cartons and then place them in a fumigation-free wooden/plywood case or pallet, unless the buyer has specific requirements. We can also customize the packing according to the buyer's specifications.
A: The MOQ can be adjusted based on different products. Generally, the minimum order quantity is 1 Ton for each item.
