Q: How about your delivery time?

A: For standard products, the lead time is 15 to 30 days after receiving the advance payment. The delivery time for new developments depends on the items and the quantity of the order.

A: We offer various terms of delivery, including EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, FCA, DDU, and DDP.

Q: What are your terms of payment?

A: Our terms of payment include T/T with a 30% deposit and 70% against B/L copy or LC at sight. We also accept 100% LC, 100% DP, and 100% OA. Please note that the price of DP and OA will be more expensive than TT. We will provide photos of the goods and finished packages before arranging the balance payment.

Q: What are your terms of packing?

A: Generally, our goods are packed in brown cartons and then placed in a fumigation-free wooden/plywood case or pallet, unless the buyer has specific requirements. We can also customize the packing according to the buyer's specifications.

Q: What is the MOQ?

A: The MOQ can be adjusted based on different products. Generally, the minimum order quantity is 1 Ton for each item.
